Worship & Music - Choir Programs

Summer Choir
Beginning Sunday, June 13

During the summer months, the Summer Choir provides musical leadership for the Sunday 10:00 a.m. service. This choir is made up of any parishioners who would like to sing that morning, with a rehearsal immediately before the service. Children and adults are welcome.

Come to the Chapel at 9:15 a.m. for rehearsal and please wear a white shirt and dark slacks or skirt. We do not wear robes. This is a great opportunity for people who love to sing but can’t make the commitment to weekly rehearsals and services.

St. David's Adult ChoirAdult Choir
St. David’s Adult Choir helps lead worship at our weekly Sunday services from September to June. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings during those months from 7:45-9:30 p.m. Under the direction of Dr. Clair Rozier, this choir also presents two special choral evensong services annually, accompanied by chamber orchestra. The choir also leads two Taizé prayer services, one in the fall and one in the spring. In July 2004, the Chancel Choir traveled to Wells, England , to serve as choir-in-residence at Wells Cathedral. In November 2005 the choir performed at the National Cathedral in Washington, D. C. Most recently the choir completed a choir residency at the Cathedral of Ely in England in July of 2009.
