Join us on Mondays and Thursdays in the Undercroft from 4pm-5pm for community and strength building post COVID. We will be working on core, strength, balance, and stretching; all levels are welcome. Bring a mat and/or towel to each class. Please RSVP to Robin Ford at email@example.com.
