Easter Sunday: The Resurrection of Our Lord – 6:30 a.m.
Holy Eucharist, Rite II with music
The Great Vigil of Easter would typically last through the night until sunrise, when we would rejoice with the first “Alleluias,” and hear the resurrection, Gospel. Join us in the wee hours of Easter Sunday, when the women would have wandered toward the tomb to anoint Jesus’ body, finding out that he was not there but had risen! This will be a contemplative service with acoustic music in our Outdoor Chapel in the arboretum.
