Create a MyCPG Account

  1. Visit: https://mycpg.cpg.org/
  2. If you don’t already have a CPG account, you will need to provide your Client Number. If you don’t have it on file, ask the Parish Administrator
  3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth
  4. Enter your personal Email Address
  5. Create a username and password
  6. Enter security questions
  7. Receive an activation code in the email you provided, and click the link they sent you to finish your account
  8. Once you are logged in, you can review your health plans, pension plan, life insurance, and disability insurance

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is a MyCPG Account?
    MyCPG account contains information on your Defined Contribution Pension Plan, Health Benefits, Disability Benefits, and Life Insurance.
  2. Why should I access my MyCPG Account?
    You should access your MyCPG account to view benefit information and access your defined contribution plan. You can view your 403(b) balance and make changes to your contributions.
  3. What is CPG Open Enrollment?
    Open Enrollment is a period each year when you can make changes to your medical coverage without a qualifying event.
  4. What is a Client Number?
    The client number is a unique 8-digit code assigned to you by DIOPA and the Parish Administrator. Your number is sent to you each year on a reminder card from the CPG, or you can retrieve the number from the Parish Administrator.

CPG Open Medical Enrollment

  1. Visit: https://www.cpg.org/redirects/annual-enrollment/
  2. Click ‘Log In to Enroll’
  3. Enter the login credentials
  4. The Parish Administrator will communicate any plan changes to the staff and will let the staff know which plan to enroll in
  5. Please note that 100% of the medical premium for the employee is paid by for by the Church. The Church pays 80% of the premium for any apportionment for child/ren with a subsequent monthly 20% payroll deduction to the employee
  6. The form has the last 4 digits of your social, so keep it in a SAFE PLACE as a private document

  1. Login using your CPG Account Information (see inside of brochure to set up your account)
  2. Review your 403(b) account balance (pension balance) and contributions
  3. Add beneficiaries, if needed
  4. Your Pension Plan defaults to the Freedom Fund. Each Freedom Fund is a single fund solution that includes a mix of equities, bonds, and short-term assets. You can change your plan at any time

ChurchLife App

  1. If you do not have a ChurchLife account setup yet, either visit the Communications Director or visit this link: https://secure.accessacs.com/access/memberlogin.aspx?sn=101663
  2. Click Need a Login? Click Here and enter your name and email address. You must use the email address you provided the Parish Administrator upon hiring (or your St. David’s email)
  3. Once submitted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account
  4. Once your account is set-up, login to the ChurchLife App on your phone
  5. The app will default to People. You can also use this app to view the Directory and Church Calendar

Set Up Android with St. David’s Email

  1. Go to your device’s Menu
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Cloud and accounts
  4. Select Accounts
  5. Press on Add account
  6. Choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
  7. Enter your email in the Email field, and password in the Password field. Press Sign In
  8. Press OK at the Remote Security Administration prompt
  9. Select the number of days to sync email and make sure Sync Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks are selected. Then click on Next
  10. Select Done

Set Up iPhone with St. David’s Email

  1. On the main screen, select Settings
  2. Select Accounts & Passwords
  3. Press Add Account
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange
  5. Enter your email address in the Email field, make the description whatever you’d like such as “Work Email”. Click Next
  6. Enter your Email Password
  7. Next to Server, enter webmail05.mycloudmailbox.com. Click Next
  8. You will find yourself back to the Mail, Contact, Calendar default screen. You may adjust your mail settings according to your preferences

  1. Email justinm@spinnaker.com to set up an account for you to login.
  2. Visit: https://www.splashtop.com/downloads
  3. Underneath ‘Splashtop Business App’ select the type of home computer you own. Click it
  4. Use the information you created from Justin to login
  5. Select your computer ‘STDAVIDS###’ – ask Parish Administrator for your number
  6. Click the screen button to ‘Connect’
  7. Use your St. David’s computer login information to log into your computer

Webmail

Access Email from a Web Browser

  1. Visit: webmail05.mycloudmailbox.com
  2. Enter your St. David’s Email Address
  3. Enter your password. If you are unaware of your password, contact the Communications Director

  2. Enter your 4-digit Employee ID number (Contact the Finance Department or Parish Administrator if you are not sure of your Employee ID)
  3. Enter your PIN (last 4 digits of your Social Security Number)
  4. Once logged in, you have the option to:
    • Punch In/Out
    • Request Time Off
    • Request Multiple Days Off
    • Edit time off requests
    • Leave a Message
    • Review your Time Card
    • Review your Period Hours
    • Review Your Remaining: Vacation, Sick, or Personal Hours

Attendance OnDemand

Request Time Off & Clock In/Out on Desktop

  1. Click this link to access the login portal on a computer:
    https://sdec.attendanceondemand.com/mobile/ESS3.aew/default
  2. Enter your 4-digit Employee ID number (Contact the Finance Department or Parish Administrator if you are not sure of your Employee ID)
  3. Enter your PIN (last 4 digits of your Social Security Number)
  4. From the dashboard, you can:
    • Punch In/out
    • Request Time Off
    • Request Multiple Days Off
    • Send a Message
    • View: Calendar, Time Cards, Leave Requests, etc.
  5. To edit your time off requests:
    • Click Leave Requests
    • Go to the approved date that you want to change and click on the circle
    • Confirm the cancel request and re-enter the correct date and hours

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I get a copy of my paystub or my W-2’s?
    Log into the Prime Pay Cloud-Based Payroll ESS (instructions on the right) and click the W2 button on the right-side dashboard.
  2. How do I change my witholdings (W-4)?
    You must submit a new W-4 form to the Finance Manager. You can find a copy of the form in the Prime Pay Cloud-Based Payroll ESS under the Forms and Links tab.
  3. How do I update contact or emergency information?
    Click on the ‘Your Data’ tab in the Prime Pay Cloud-Based Payroll. Update the information and click ‘Submit.’

Review Payroll Information on Desktop

  1. Visit: https://login.primepay.com/primepaycs.htm
    OR if you visit Primepay.com and click Login, click the PrimePay CS button

  2. Click Dashboard
  3. Click Login
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password to login
  5. Once you’re logged in, click Cloud-based Payroll, ESS
  6. Here you’ll be able to view all of your Pay Info. This includes the Pay Date, Gross Income, and Net Income
  7. On the dashboard, you can also access your W2 and Accruals
