St. David’s Afterschool Program

The mission of the St. David’s Episcopal Church Afterschool Enrichment Program is to provide a safe place for our local underserved children to enrich and enhance their academic knowledge base. Children from Kindergarten to 5th grade who attend Wayne Elementary School (Radnor Township) attend the program two days a week throughout the school year.

St. David’s has been involved in supporting St. James School since 2010 in various ways. We have provided seed money for two classroom projects, used our Hammer & Nails Men’s Fellowship for renovations and remodeling projects, supported many Day-of-Service projects, and involved numerous parishioners in vital ministries including; one-on-one tutoring, library and literacy support, mentoring, administrative support, and more!

St. David’s Episcopal Day School, a member of the National Association of Episcopal Schools, is a private Day School affiliated with St. David’s Episcopal Church located on the Main Line in Wayne. The school offers educational, enrichment, and extended day programs for children ages 18 months through Kindergarten.
