On Wednesday, October 16, nine students from Episcopal Academy (EA) worked in our Good News Garden for two and a half hours. They put down wood chips on the paths to keep the weeds under control and they pulled up weeds and clipped back some of the invasive vines along the fence. We have hosted students from EA and Agnes Irwin in the past and they are always helpful and fun to work with. We are lucky to have several schools in the area that encourage their students to help with community service projects since we can always use the help.
