Blessing of the Animals – Braxton’s

St. David’s clergy will be at Braxton’s Animal Works in Wayne, to offer pet blessings in celebration of St. Francis’s Day.

St. Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of animals, and his feast day (annually on October 4) is celebrated with a blessing of animals and prayers for creation. It is an annual reminder of the gift of creation, and specifically of the animals with whom we share our lives. All are welcome to join us!
