Every communication, no matter how simple or intricate, requires advance planning and organization. Our desire is to help you plan a successful campaign which aligns with our mission, ministries, and strategic priorities.
Our communications requests have recently changed. Please carefully read the information below.
Communications Request Procedure
- Requestee submit a Communications Request Inquiry form, which is available below. This is an inquiry only and does not mean your request is approved or reserved.
- Director of Communications receives and reviews the Event Request Inquiry form.
- Director of Communications holds a weekly meeting with Chief Operating Officer to review Communications Requests. These are either approved, under review (in consultation with the Rector/Vicar), deferred, or denied.
- Requestees will be notified of commuications approval status within one week.

Additional Notes
- Communications requests for events held at St. David’s should also fill out an Event Planning form. Your event communications request will not be reviewed until after your event has been approved. This form is useful for updated or additional Communications-specific requests, or requests not directly tied to a facility set-up. We strongly recommend that you submit your request a minimum of 5 weeks ahead of your event’s registration deadline or before the event itself if there is no registration required. If you have a larger promotions ask, we suggest an even longer lead time.
- During and after your event: Be sure to document your event with photos or videos and submit them using the Photo Submission Form or send us a downloadable album with details of the event. Please do not send messages without a subject line or without explanation of what is included. You may also submit photos of your event planning activities or work in progress. Questions?
