RAIN OR SHINE, ALL ARE WELCOME!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 3rd and join us at the St. David’s Fairgrounds for a day of fun for the whole family! The St. David’s Church Country Fair, now in its 175th year, is the longest, continuously running church fair in the USA and is held annually the first Saturday in October.  Each year 100% of the Fair’s net proceeds are donated to deserving Delaware Valley and Philadelphia organizations, as well as our international partners in Cuba, Guatemala, and Uganda. We invite you to join the over 3,500 visitors drawn annually to the St. David’s Church Country Fair and become part of this enjoyable and worthwhile community event. All are welcome!

Outreach Partners…
The Reason We Hold the St. David’s Country Fair

Each year 100% of net proceeds from the Fair are distributed to our Outreach Partners. The St. David’s Outreach Commission receives and reviews grant requests each December/January and distributes them as St. David’s Care Grants. Grantees are both local and international organizations. Click here to read about this year’s recipients. Organizations interested in applying for St. David’s Care Grant awards are invited to click here to review application criteria and timing.

Can’t make it to the Fair this year, but still want to support our mission? Make a financial contribution!

Where and when to drop your items
St. David’s Church is located at 763 South Valley Forge Road in Wayne, PA.  Please leave your donations at the red-roofed sheds behind Old St. David’s Church (across the street from the Main Chapel on the hill) Monday – Saturday before 2:00pm. If you must drop items at other times, we still will appreciate them but please try to make sure it is a rain-free forecast. Each shed is labeled (Auction, Toys etc.) to make it easy for you to identify where to drop your items. Tax slips are available at the sheds if desired.

Volunteer & Make New Friends!

Get involved now:
Preparations for Fair Day get underway many months before October! Booth committees have already been busy sorting through the many donations and planning for the big day. Click here to sign up!

Get involved Fair Week:
Become one of the hundreds of volunteers who come together each year to make the St. David’s Church Country Fair happen. There are many jobs and opportunities to help depending on your schedule and area of interest. We need volunteers for everything from set-up the week before to being on hand Fair Day. Bake a cake for the “Cake Walk”, meet to cook batches of chili, polish furniture at the Auction Tent, join our Decorations Committee, be a short-order cook at McDavid’s, sign-up to work a booth time slot or two…no matter your interest, there is a job for YOU!

Here’s how to sign up:
If you are interested in getting involved, you can view the opportunities and sign up here. If you need guidance, please reach out to our Fair Chair, Kat Schock, and she will work with you to identify opportunities that fit with your availability.

2026 Admission & Kids’ Midway

Our admission fee is $5 per person, maximum of $20 per household. Veterans and volunteers are free. Please purchase your wrist band at either of the entrances. Admission fees all go to support our outreach partners!

Midway wrist bands for the kids are $10 for unlimited activities, or you may pay per ticket.

2026 Parking

Free parking is available in the church lots and the large field on the corner of Church Road and South Valley Forge Road. Access to field parking is from the Church Road side. Get directions here.

Overflow parking will be available at the Devon Horse Show fairgrounds. Please use the main gravel lot. There will be two buses going back and forth from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to pick up and drop off volunteers and attendees.

Cash is best…but…

This is a Country Fair! We like money the old-fashioned way! Please note that CASH is BEST at the Fair – even though we take credit cards at most booths, a few booths are entirely cash-only!
