Last month, the Vestry approved the long-anticipated expansion of the graveyard at St. David’s. This project has been thoughtfully developed over many years and shaped by input from the congregation through parish-wide surveys.
The expansion will include over 150 new traditional burial plots, as well as significant additional space for cremation interments. A granite memorial wall will allow the names of those whose ashes are interred elsewhere to be remembered on our grounds. At the center of the plan is a circular hardscaped plaza with seating, a curved memorial wall, and an inlaid St. David’s cross—offering the living a peaceful space for remembrance and reflection.
Construction is currently expected to begin in August and conclude around December 1. A communications and marketing plan is underway to guide parishioners in purchasing plots or memorial space. If you’d like to be among the first to receive these materials when they are ready, please sign up here.
